Based on clients’ need, we can provide with hard copy of POD or can e-mail the clients regarding the delivery status of any document. To have e-mail based feedback clients have to co-operate/support us as mentioned in Technology Para. Also we are going into online feedback and for which we have already started our discussion with our concerned software development organization and explaining them the operational process.
