New Dhaka Alliance Ltd. was formed in early 2010 to cater the boom in Real Estate and Housing sector in Bangladesh. It is a consortium of two other Companies working in Real Estate Sector namely Premium Properties Ltd. and Kheya Properties Ltd.
New Dhaka Alliance Ltd. is also registered as a Limited Company with the Joint Stock Companies & Firms of Bangladesh under the Companies Act 1994.
