Bangladesh Building Systems Ltd. is a Private Limited Company incorporated in July 19, 2003. It registered with the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies of Bangladesh under the Companies Act 1994.
It is involved in manufacturing of Pre-Engineered Steel Building (PEB) in Bangladesh to meet up the growing demand especially in the industrial sector. It has started its commercial production in the year 2005. In 2010 BBS converted into a public limited company.
