ACME Technologies Limited was the real estate developer of my DOHS plot in Mirpur. Like many other land owners I was also in a dilemma initially either to build the house myself or hand it over to some developer. I as a typical military officer (who thinks he knows everything…) also started dreaming to implement hundreds of thousands of dreams and eventually ended up in a nightmare. At that juncture ACME was like a life saver which was headed by my course mate a wonderful man and a go getter Gen Roomy. I knew the General for a long time and in a very small occasion I could understand his wisdom and capability to get things done. His honesty and sincerity was beyond any question and I have no audacity to even make any comments about that. Another great course mate of mine Gen Ishtiaq, my FP&G accompanied me to meet the General and things were finalized in no time. However, to cut the long story short, following facts will give you an idea how professionally the job was done. The earth breaking of the land took place on 14 October 2014, construction works actually started in Dec 2014 and my wife log, stock and barrel entered her own house on 29 November 2017. Finally the building was handed over to me and two other apartment owners on 26 Jan 2017 (total 26 months). I didn't regret trusting ACME why don’t you try who is looking to build a good house for you and the family.
