The Pioneer of this group "Sattar&Brothers" was formed in l958 with the principal purpose of assisting and contributing greatly to the advancement of country's economic development. After few years of successful business in the field of construction and real estate the company entered into the field of steel Re-rolling in 1962 with Tejgaon Re-Rolling company Ltd to manufacture M.S.Rods,Bars,Angles Chanel etc.

The Re-rolling industry in our country was initially set up as an import substitute Industry. During the 35 years we have progressed rapidly and produced very high quality steel which by large extent to the national exchequer.

We took part in many activities of national interest especially after our liberation war of 1971 when the Re-Rolling Industries were in a great distress.

After that the group has ever expanded and become one of the largest group in the country which various fields of business.
