 I prepared myself completely fit in the company before started my own organization. At that time I started a small garment factory, I only had the vision of taking it to a higher level in terms of clients’ base, turn over, technology and quality standards. But, what we are today is not a surprise to us, but a demonstration of what hard work, trust and willingness to grow can do to a company. I started my profession just after completed my B.B.A (Bachelor of Business Administration) and Fashion Designing as well and started from the very initial stage in Garments Industry to gain the knowledge of raw level work and the knowledge of production on the decade of 1999. I did it by my own. I set myself as a Production General Manager by achieving enormous improvised knowledge of production. Then I felt myself as capable of going to the International Fashion Arena and opened a Garment Factory by started AJI Apparels Industry Limited.
