Job Description

Job Responsibilities

·        To make outgoing calls to customers.

·        To inform them about products and services.

·        To try and sell the products and services to customers.

·        To generate more leads from the people out called.

·        To enter the details of every interaction in the system.

·        Maintain high standard of call quality as per the requirement of the organization

Additional Requirements

·        If he/she has a good skill or experience, they will be qualified for other post.

·        Good command in Both English & Bengali

·        Must be Flexible, Good Manner and Friendly Behavior.

·        Professionalism regarding time, costs and deadlines.

·        Basic knowledge in computer operating system.
