To create a group of volunteers to achieve self-reliance, leadership development among grassroots women, capacity building and strengthening the local government system for eliminating existing discrimination and establishing a social alliance for continuous advocacy to establish the rightful rights of the common people in the state resources.

• Social mobilization for self-reliant action: generating thousands of campaigns each year for improved health, education, nutrition, food production and family income 

• Youth mobilization (Youth Ending Hunger)

• Strengthening local democracy, including training of Union Parishads and creating associations of elected leaders and non-partisan citizen social movements for good governance

• Monitoring and Evaluation using web-based and mobile technology
